WET NURSE ROCK!

Papa Chaplin put a lot of time and effort into making this thing beautiful and I love it so much! Nina surprised me with it before our show in Tampa last weekend and I was in awe. It’s like my Lisa Frank Trapper Keeper from 2nd grade exploded all over it, and it couldn’t be more rad! Look at all the little stickers and details! And that jewel in the center! To die for! Haha.

The Wet Nurse Rock has become like a fourth member in our band. It all started after our first couple of shows where I played the kick so hard it would always scoot forward, no matter how many amps or rugs we used to stop it. One afternoon after practice there was a huge block of cement curbing sitting outside Ill House and a little light bulb went off inside my head. Since then, we have never been apart! She’s very helpful and loved by everyone, including Sean of Lazy Boyzzz. I almost lost it one night after a show at Will’s but Noah brought her back! She may be the heaviest thing in the Wetnursemobile after a show, but she’s well worth it.

So while I had been meaning to Sharpie and/or decorate her for a long time, finally someone else did it for me and did it way better than I could have! THANK YOU, Papa Chaplin! You’ve completed my life! I’m sure WNR (Wet Nurse Rock) loves her makeover as much as we do.
